GlasSpan Inc., a leader in providing quality fiber reinforcement products to the dental profession is proud to announce the addition of a complete line of high-performance composite resins to compliment the GlasSpan system. The new materials, which include everything necessary to perform all of the fiber reinforcement procedures, are supplied in a GlasSpan Composite Resin Support Kit containing a 37% gel etchant, adhesive bond, flowable nano-hybrid composite resin, and an anterior-posterior nano-hybrid composite resin specifically chosen for their compatibility with the GlasSpan fiber, as well as their suitability for all restorative procedures in the dental office. The composites are supplied in a universal A2 shade. The newly available composite is easy to manage, color accurate, and wear resistant, providing excellent strength and polishabilty at a reasonable price. The clinician will find these composite materials to be an ideal match with any of the commercially available fiber-reinforcement systems.

Also available is the new GlasSpan Master Clinician’s System, which includes the new GlasSpan Composite Resin Support Kit as well as the original GlasSpan Bondable Fiber Reinforcement Kit.

The original standard GlasSpan kit, which is used to impart additional tensile and flexural strength to composite resins, includes 12 flexible ceramic ropes and tapes (42 inches) sufficient for 20 clinical applications. It can be used to simplify the fabrication of reliable periodontal splints, immediate bridgework, post-orthodontic retainers, emergency trauma splints, as well as many other clinical uses. Custom kits are also available.
